The organizers of C4, in a fit of complete madness, decided to take on the
planning of another festival, this time over Halloween. 3 days of silliness
followed as net.goths from all over once again descended upon Toronto. As
usual there were lessons to be learned, one being never underestimate the
Perversion of Ron. The second being that you should never, ever wear big metal
